What is the Pathways Community Service Directory?

Pathways is a clinical navigation system that was created by family doctors to provide physicians and their teams better information to support patient care.

In communities across British Columbia family doctors and community organizations have come together to make the Pathways Community Service Directory available to citizens.

Pathways is a federal not for profit society which works collaboratively with Divisions of Family Practice. Pathways is funded by the Family Practice Services Committee, a joint collaborative committee between Doctors of BC and the Ministry of Health.
