Caregiver Support and Mental Health - Adult & Senior

A bi-monthly support group for caregivers in Quadra.
Carers meet to share their concerns, offer support to each other and discover ways and resources to solve problems. The group is also helpful to those who want to have that difficult conversation with a parent or partner about needing extra care or those who want to support family members who are care-giving a loved one here or hundreds of miles away.

The Support Group meets twice a month at the Quadra Community Centre. Regular attendance is not required; cost is Free or by Donation; new members are always welcome.
